Avo Bun Burger

I recently saw this delicious burger through a relative's instagram post. Unfortunately, she was traveling through South America and well I live in the US - South American trip in the works now!  In the meantime, I set out to find a suitable recipe for myself at home and to share with my fellow AvoCuddlers.
